With high standards for product quality and guest experience, the Senior Barista takes full responsibility of the bar and coffee experience. Job Description

Welcome and interact with customers.
Prepare a wide variety of coffees, teas and other beverages, following prescribed recipes and presentation techniques to ensure consistent quality
Be prepared at quieter times to cover all aspects of the front counter role, including serving food, operating the till, waiting, and clearing tables
Help ensuring staff understand their responsibilities and providing them with supervision, training and support
Maintain supplies of counter and bar beverages.
Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations
Enhance our reputation by constantly seeking opportunities to add value and improve quality by redesigning and changing processes
Freedom to experiment, fine-tune and create espresso, and other beverage recipes to improve guest experience

Requirements

At least two years of barista experience.
Knowledge of Calibration and pulling a good espresso shot
Required Skill(s): Latte Art, Brewing, Barista
Passion for culinary excellence with skills to create exciting new recipes

Display passion for food, beverages, hospitality and guest experience

Job Description

Assisting the head chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing new dishes.
Setting up work station with all the needed cooking equipment and ingredients.
Ensuring food are properly prepared and presented before serving it to customers.
Execute the preparations efficiently.
Keeping a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen.
Ensuring all food and non food items are stored and labelled properly.
Checking quality of ingredients.
Monitoring stocks and place order accordingly.
Enforcing strict health and hygienic standard regulations.
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.

Requirements

At least three years of kitchen or culinary experience.

Knowledge of various cooking and methods of preparation

Job Description

Preparing section condiments, sauces and other mise en place.
Organising chillers, freezers and dry stores accordingly applying "First in first out" method.
Keeping all stations clean at all times and follow HACCP standards.
Set up stations and have it ready for service.
Check stocks availability, top up and report for ordering purpose.
Assist with the Heaf chef/Chef de Partie to create new and innovative dishes.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome.
Preferably one years of kitchen or culinary experience.
